RE-EDGING

Often the acrylic-based paint or wax that is painted along the edges of cut leather dries and cracks over time. We will break down and remove the old material, mix a new color to reapply making your bag as good as new.

ZIPPER REPLACEMENT

We will happily replace zippers for handbags, wallet or side pockets?. Sourcing as close as possible to match in size, color, material and zip teeth. To repair we carefully remove the old zipper and restitch in a new one (often by hand) taking care to line up everything perfectly. 

HANDLE & BUCKLE LOOPS

We can remake the loops of leather and any other materials such as straps, buckles, laces when they break or are beyond repairable.
We match everything as close as possible to the original but can sometimes source the original material direct if requested.

CHANGE LINING

Sometimes your bag is in need of some TLC on the inside. A major accident or you just love your bag, there are many reasons to replace an entire lining. Choose your print and make it uniquely yours. Additional sourcing fees may apply.

NEW LOCK OR HANDLE

Sometimes you just need to replace the handle. We can procure the original lock and handle and replace it.

RECOVER PIPING

What do you do when the plastic piping is poking out of the corners of your bag? You call us. We can conceal any piping that has become visible, while keeping the external shape, using hand-molded surface and color restoration techniques that we specialize in.

COLOR RESTORATION

Color restoration is what we do best.  From holes or scratches, to color fade and denim transfer, we can fix all.  In our experience we know it is best to let a few flaws show through rather than compromise the touch and feel of your favorite and most respected material.

TASSEL & BEADING REPAIR

Over time these can be easily lost or damaged. Our staff will recreate and attach new tassels or zip pullers to match the original as close as possible.

HANDLE RESTORATION

The trouble with loving big bags, is that we fill them to capacity! Complete handle restoration to get it back as good as new. 

REMAKE TOP BINDING

The binding on a bag is the narrow strip of leather or fabric folded over an edge to provide a finished, decorative effect.  When it tears or wears down, bring your bag to us so that we can replace it in whole, or in part, with as close as possible a match to the original. Extra costs for material sourcing may be charged separately.

STRUCTURE REINFORCE 

Over time bag loose shape. Some will get a kink or a bend that no amount of conditioning and stuffing will solve?  Don't worry, we will open up your bag between the lining and the exterior to insert structured leather reinforcement that will give your bag back its youthful vigor. Voila, your bag will look as good as new.

STITCHING

Straps, tabs, Linings, gussets and zips! Stitching is everywhere! When it breaks or gets loose, call us!  From the very simple to the very complex, our team will not only measure and pin but choose an exact shade of thread to make it look as if we were never there.

LUXURY CLEANING

Using a range of different methods we clean your bags’ interior and exterior depending on what material your bag is made from. We pride ourselves on removing as much damage as possible from stains using the most comprehensive range of solutions available. Your bag will look as good as new.

CHANGE COLOR

Is your leather looking tired and old? Perhaps a new color to match the latest trend will give it a new lease of life! We can recolor shoes or bags in any color darker than the original, and the darker the color, the more consistent the result. Sadly some limitations do apply, and we do not recommended for suede, nubuck or patent.

STAIN REMOVAL

Sometimes a bag will be in need of specific techniques in order for us to salvage them. Our clients are requested to inform us if items are in need of special treatment and we will then choose the correct procedure to make your bags are as good as new.
